Shipping & returns
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our business we accept no returns and there are no exchanges on personal products, including body jewellery. Most products include a manufacturer's warranty. Please take the time to fill this out and send it in.
We strictly enforce this for our customers' health and safety. We guarantee that the product you are ordering has never left the store and we do check each toy with batteries before it is shipped to ensure that it works.
Shipping Info
All our packages are shipped wrapped in plain brown paper to ensure discretion and marked only with our return address for your privacy.
Shipping costs will be added to the price of the product in the shopping cart and they are calculated based on the size and weight of the item ordered and the method of shipment chosen.
Order Processing
Please note that orders are processed Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm. Any orders received after 5 pm Pacific Standard Time will be treated as received the next business day and shipping your product will be related to this. Please note we are unable to accept Visa/Debit Cards at this time.
